Deliveries
Standard shipping is handled by Geodis, Garsou-Angenot, and UPS, with fees calculated based on the basket weight and delivery address.
Deliveries to Belgium and France are made within 3 to 5 working days. For other countries, the delivery time is estimated between 8 and 10 working days, subject to product availability and potential delays due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances. A 2 working day preparation time is required before shipping. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carriers.
If no carrier is offered on our site or for orders shipped outside of Europe, please contact us to find the best shipping solution together. All local charges (taxes, customs duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the recipient.
The UPS Express 24-hour delivery option ensures that orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day, with delivery expected within 24 hours, subject to product availability and customer service approval.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link provided by the selected carrier to follow your package’s journey.
All our complete kits are systematically delivered on pallets. The delivery drivers will drop the pallet at the nearest accessible location, with no obligation to place it inside a building (garage, warehouse, etc.). Additional charges may apply if the delivery location is not accessible by truck.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
Return Conditions
The product must be returned in perfect condition, complete, and if possible in its original packaging, to allow for resale.
If the packaging is damaged, a diminution in the refund may be applied, proportional to the loss of product value.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

Receipt and Delivery Disputes
If you notice a problem upon receiving a package, it is essential to meet the following criteria to file a valid reservation:
In writing: Reservations must be noted on the carrier’s delivery slip at the time of receipt.
Specific: Clearly describe the discrepancies (e.g., damaged product, affected reference).
Complete: Only the damages mentioned will be considered as existing at the time of delivery.
Confirmed within 3 working days: In case of dispute or for shipments over 3 tons, the reservations must be confirmed in writing.
If the mention "Subject to unboxing" is noted on the delivery slip, it will not be considered in case of a dispute.
We recommend that you carefully inspect your goods before accepting delivery. In case of damage not immediately visible, contact us within 48 hours following receipt, with supporting photos to open a claim with the carrier.
Shipping of Specific Products
The transportation of hazardous products such as lithium batteries, electrolytes, etc., must always be approved by the carrier before shipment.
