Deliveries and returns

Standard shipping is handled by Geodis, Garsou-Angenot and UPS, with charges calculated according to basket weight and delivery address.

Deliveries to Belgium and France are made within 3 to 5 business days. For other countries, the delivery time is estimated to be between 8 and 10 business days, subject to product availability and any delays due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that a preparation time of 2 business days is required before shipment, and delivery times are estimated by the carriers. If no carrier is offered on our site or for orders shipped outside of Europe, please contact us and we will find the best shipping solution together. Please note that all local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

The UPS 24-hour express delivery option guarantees that orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Delivery is expected within 24 hours, subject to product availability and validation by our customer service department.

Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier you have selected will provide you with an online tracking link to follow the progress of your package.

All our complete kits are systematically delivered on pallets. Delivery personnel will leave the pallet at the nearest accessible location, although they are not obliged to leave it in a garage, for example. Additional charges may apply if the delivery location is not accessible by truck.

If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, you have 30 days from receipt of the product to return it. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will refund your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Remarks :

Transport of hazardous products such as lithium batteries, electrolytes, etc., must always be approved by the carrier.

If you notice a problem upon receipt of a delivery, your reservations must comply with the following criteria:

  • Written: they must be expressed at the time of delivery.
  • Precise: they must describe delivery anomalies and damage to the goods (not just the packaging), mentioning the reference number or name of the parts concerned

  • Complete: only the damage mentioned in the reservations will be taken into account as existing at the time of delivery.
  • Confirmed in writing within 3 working days if they have been contested by our driver, in all cases for shipments of 3 tonnes or more

According to transport legislation, without precise reservations, the delivery is considered as conforming.

If you mention "Subject to unpacking" on the driver's delivery note, this clause will be considered invalid in the event of a dispute.

We advise you to examine the goods carefully and remove the black plastic film to assess the aesthetic appearance of the items delivered.
