SolaX Power is pleased to announce the release of its new X1 Retro Fit charger. Generate energy from your solar panels during the day. Once the background charge has been satisfied, the intelligent SolaX X1 Retro Fit charger will direct the excess energy to your battery for further use. So you can make the most of the energy you produce. If your home suffers a power cut, the X1 Retro Fit sends the stored energy back home, so you're never left in the dark, even during a power cut. Compatible with all inverter manufacturers, the X1 Retro Fit charger is the perfect upgrade for your system.
Add to existing PV systems
The SolaX X1 Retro-Fit can be installed alongside any string inverter on the market today, allowing you to switch to solar battery storage without changing your existing installation. You also benefit from the added advantage of a backup power supply, enabling you to stay powered during a power cut.
Never lose power
With the SolaX X1 Retro-Fit, you can be sure you'll never be without power, even during a power cut. A backup power supply or "EPS" switch (only available on "E" models) allows the X1 Retro-fit to operate completely off-grid, meaning that all the energy you've stored on your batteries will now be used in the event of a power cut.
Indoor or outdoor installation
The X1 Retro-Fit is IP65-rated, which means it can be installed indoors or outdoors, giving you the choice of where to install the system.
