Our offer is valid for installations accessible without the use of major lifting equipment on ground level or R+1 (first floor). For projects requiring more complex access conditions, we will work together to find the best technical and economic solution. It may be necessary to make adjustments to the budget and materials based on the previously mentioned criteria. Access to the property must be straightforward without complexity and on an unprotected site. Travel expenses are covered for the first 50 km. Beyond that, mileage costs of €1 will be applied.

Investment Bonuses for Self-Consumption
Who can benefit from the self-consumption bonus, and what are the eligibility requirements?
The self-consumption bonus is conditioned by photovoltaic self-consumption and the sale of surplus, which is mandatory for designated buyers, with rates revised quarterly. Opt for solar panels on your roof with overlay installation, requiring the intervention of a certified professional and a power limited to 100 kWc. Ground-mounted panels are not eligible.
What is the amount of the bonus awarded for self-consumption?
The photovoltaic self-consumption bonus depends on the size of your installation and varies each quarter. It is determined by four categories based on the peak power of the installations:
- Less than 3 kWc
- Between 3 and 9 kWc
- Between 9 and 36 kWc
- And Between 36 et 100 kWc (the limit not to exceed to remain eligible for the self-consumption bonus).
In summary: a more powerful installation translates into a lower bonus, hence the importance of optimizing your self-consumption.
Below are the bonus rates for installations (from August 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024):
- 260 € per kWc for installations under 3 kWc ;
- 190 € per kWc for installations between 3 and 9 kWc ;
- 190 € per kWc for installations between 9 and 36 kWc ;
- 100 € per kWc for installations between 36 and 100 kWc ;
To estimate your bonus, multiply the rates by your installation's capacity. For example, a 7 kWc installation would be eligible for €1,820 (€260 x 7 kWc).
What steps must be taken to access this bonus?
The self-consumption bonus request is automatically activated after your photovoltaic installation is connected. Once validated, the amount remains fixed despite quarterly rate variations.
When is the bonus paid?
The bonus is paid by a designated buyer one year after commissioning, along with the income from surplus sales, except for installations over 9 kWc, which receive 80% immediately and the rest over four years.

What amount is granted for the purchase of excess electricity?
Below are the rates (from August 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024) as follows:
- 0,1205 € per kWc for installations of less than 3 kWc ;
- 0,1024 € per kWc for installations between 3 and 9 kWc ;
- 0,1318 € per kWc for installations between 9 and 36 kWc ;
- 0,1146 € per kWc for installations between 36 and 100 kWc ;
Who can benefit from the surplus sale remuneration?
When and how to invoice the surplus sale?
For invoicing the surplus electricity, the process is quick and simple: once a year, on the anniversary date of the contract's start, take a meter reading.
